Refund and Exchange Policy

At The Fashion Fix, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. That's why we gladly accept returns on any unworn garment with all original labels still intact and in its original packaging.

This policy extends to any item returned to us within 7 days of your receipt. To initiate your return, simply contact us at grace@mcmcuration.com.au to request a return form.

Once completed and approved, please send the item(s) to the following address: Suite 409, 111 Overton Road, Williams Landing, VIC 3027 Australia.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
