You will get an automatic email saying your order has been processed. Once the order has been sent to you, you will get another email saying your order has been dispatched and we will give you the tracking ID to follow up your shipment.

After receiving your confirmation, please note that our standard delivery time is up to 7 days for orders within Australia and up to 14 days for international orders. Return and Exchange Policy?
At The Fashion Fix, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. That's why we gladly accept returns on any unworn garment with all original labels still intact and in its original packaging. This policy extends to any item returned to us within 7 days of your receipt.
